My general rule is to never take photographs of Handicapped or Disabled persons. After conversation with person X, he agrees to be photographed. This session was taken in a horribly dank alley, people came out of boxes, shadows and basement entries. The rancid smell of rotting produce from local restaurants, the sense of “on the run”, the sense of “the end of the road”, a jam box playing country music, Miller Light, Downtown Los Angeles. I approached him sitting on his chair… I’ve not seen him since.
"Welcome to My Portfolio"
My photo sessions are relaxed, professional and individualized. We will speak or meet before our session to determine a direction that’s right for you.
“The actor or subject prepares”, however we are in the moment of reacting. During the shoot we will explore and capture the organic emotions that will separate you from the rest. I will bring out the real you through simple reacting to scenarios and questions. You can't do anything wrong and I guarantee it will be fun! No canned smiles or shots!
Please follow me on twitter and @reply me so that I know who you are :) Cheers!
